The Sander Sitter is relatively maintenance free.
1: If the bearing slows down it can be cleaned with compressed air, by blowing any excess dust out from around it.
2: Maintain Cleaning Pad by washing it with cold water and soap, and letting it air dry. The life of the Cleaning Paid is approx 100 hours.
