Here's the answer to cutting perfect circles and ovals/ellipses with the router.
It's fully adjustable for major and minor axis within the capability of the center slide. Capable of mounting a pencil for verification of cutting pattern prior to cutting.
The center slide is vacuum ready (vacuum not included - but available - click here) and can be attached to any non-porous material by vacuum to avoid marking the material surface.
Cut circles from 25" to 88" in diameter.
Cut ovals/ellipses with a major/minor diameter difference of up to 9".
Cut ovals/ellipse from 25" x 29" up to 79" x 88".

Also available....When you need to make a very large oval or circle, you need the #14106-7 Oval and Circle Jig Extension Bar which threads in between the 2 rods that come with this jig, extending the radius capacity by 19-1/2". Just like the rods in this jig, The Oval and Circle Jig Extension Bar rod is chrome plated and made from a special hard steel to withstand side forces better than normal mild steel.
