It's easy to make your own router table with a good plate.
9" x 12" allowing the largest router to pass through the table opening.
Proprietary Plastic Compound resists sagging from the weight of the router, however #14111 Aluminum Router Plate is definitely the strongest.
Includes:
- Starting pin for safer free-hand routing.
-Two interchangeable glass reinforced polycarbonate insert rings provide excellent material support nearest to the cutter. Rings snap in and out of the plate. Three opening sizes: 3-5/8", 2-1/2" and 1-3/16". Accepts popular 1-3/16" guide bushings.
Concentric rings and radial lines on the backside assist with router mounting.
Self-locking leveling screws are adjustable from the top. Magnetic table inserts hold the plate down and prevent table wear at leveling screw contact points.
