The hardest part about cathedral arch doors is making the perfect arch! We've made it easy with this template set. All you do is trace, cut, trim and profile.

Trace the arch on to your prepared to length rail. Cut the shape leaving 1/16" outside the line. Trim the 1/16" off with a table mounted router and straight trim bit. Profile the piece along with the bottom rail and vertical styles with your table mounted router and your rail and style router bit set. 

Panel to rail offset is built into each template set so your rails and panels fit perfectly together with the usual 3/8" rail to panel overlap. No chance of seeing the panel edge even when you use Space Balls to prevent panel rattle between the assembled frame and panel.

Each set includes a total of 10 matched template pairs to produce doors with panel widths between 8" and 18". Each template centre is marked with a definite cut for accurate alignment of the template on your rough panel.
