Service People. The confirmation e-mail you receive just after placing your order,
confirms that our server has received your order. Your credit card has not been billed at
this point. We will personally go over your order, and the shipping charges prior to billing your credit card.

to the fluctuating market, prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders are shipped by a parcel service for guaranteed delivery. Even your patterns
are packaged securely, sent by a parcel service and are insured and traceable to your

When we asked why your IRS# is required for orders $200+, we were told "US Import Requirements - The US Customs Service does not require an importer to have license or permit. Customs entry forms do ask for your importer number, or if your business is not registered with the IRS or you do not have a business, your social security number."

Oversize/Overweight Exceptions
The above rates may not apply for orders that are excessively heavy or very bulky. As always, we
obtain the best shipping
rates when shipping to you. If there should be additional shipping charges of any substantial amount, we will contact you for
your approval.
For instance, $2 more on a $50 order is not bad so we would go ahead and send your order and add the $2 to your bill. On
the other hand, $7 more on a $50 order would be substantial so we would call or send you an e-mail requesting your decision. Please
make sure you include your daytime phone number.
Some products, like the rocking chairs, already have the
additional Oversize/Heavyweight charge calculated on the product web page. This is a necessary extra shipping charge that will be
added to the regular Shipping Rates. |
