Absolutely 100% guarantee - If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, even if you ordered the wrong size, we want you to be another satisfied customer! "No Questions Asked" (unused) returns are accepted for 90 days from invoice date.

All orders are processed by our Customer Service People. The confirmation e-mail you receive just after placing your order, confirms that our server has received your order. Your credit card has not been billed at this point. We will personally go over your order, and the shipping charges and have it ready to ship prior to billing your credit card.

Prices - Prices are held as long as possible but are subject to change if deemed necessary. We reserve the right to correct any errors that may occur on this web site. Due to the fluctuating market, prices are subject to change without notice. 

You can view and pay with Canadian Dollars prices or American Dollars prices by choosing them in the Currencies column (upper left).

All orders are shipped by a parcel service for guaranteed delivery. Even your patterns are packaged securely, sent by a parcel service and are insured and traceable to your door.

These rates may not apply for orders that are excessively heavy or very bulky. As always, we obtain the best shipping rates when shipping to you. If there should be additional shipping charges of any substantial amount, we will contact you for your approval.

For instance, $2 more on a $50 order is not bad so we would go ahead and send your order and add the $2 to your bill. On the other hand, $7 more on a $50 order would be substantial so we would send you an e-mail requesting your decision. Please make sure you include your daytime phone number.

Exact shipping is charged to Air Stage Points & Remote Locations.
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice when your order is processed.

United States Shipping Rates
Most orders can be shipped to the U.S. for $12.18 USD.

Outside continental United States will be charged exact shipping.

If your order totals more than $199.99, custom charges (approx $30 - $60) will apply as well and we will require your IRS# (Social Security Number) for Customs.
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice when your order is processed.
