The #4071 series shelf supports are our strongest 1/4” pin style support.
Their strength advantage is the metal angle the shelf rests on. The angle places a downward pull on the pin as close to the wall as possible. With the shelf resting on the angle, it traps the support between the shelf end and the cabinet wall. This prevents the pin from sliding in the pin hole.
For even more security, the shelf can be fastened to the support through the screw hole.
