All orders, including patterns, are packaged securely and shipped by a parcel service. Orders are insured and traceable to the address you provide.
Absolutely 100% guarantee - If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, even if you ordered the wrong size, we want you to be another satisfied customer! Items that are unused and undamaged are accepted for return up to 90 days from invoice date. No returns without prior consent, and customer is responsible for return shipping fees and other associated costs, as applicable. Please call 1-800-387-5716 to be issued a return authorization number.
In case of a Postal Service Disruption please include your street address when placing your order so we can use other delivery services.

Sorry no International Shipping at this time... but we are working on it!
The problem is... it’s not cheap to ship overseas.
If you think the product you want will fit into a box 10“ x 6” x 3-1/2” and weigh less than 1 lb... it will likely cost you almost $30.00 for shipping & handling costs. This rate is not air mail which means it will take at least 8 to 12 weeks to arrive.
To find out if there will be extra charges, taxes or even if what you have ordered can be imported into your country, please contact your Customs. You will be responsible should there be any custom charges or refused entry, duties and/or taxes.
If this is acceptable, then we’ll gladly send your order.

Oversize/Overweight Exceptions
The above rates may not apply for orders that are excessively heavy or very bulky. As always, we obtain the best shipping rates when shipping to you. If there should be additional shipping charges of any substantial amount, we will contact you for your approval.
For instance, $2 more on a $50 order is not bad so we would go ahead and send your order and add the $2 to your bill. On the other hand, $7 more on a $50 order would be substantial so we would call or send you an e-mail requesting your decision. Please make sure you include your daytime phone number.
